Inspired by the original German Christkindlmarkts, the Holiday Market features national and local vendors housed in vintage, wooden chalets selling one-of-a-kind holiday gifts. At the Strip District stroll the one-half square mile chock full of ethnic grocers, produce stands, meat and fish markets and sidewalk vendors. The newly renovated produce Terminal is once again bringing energy and vitality to the neighborhood with buzzling restaurants and trendy shops. Be amazed at the only authorized replica of the nativity scene in Rome's Saint Peter’s Basilica in Rome, located in the heart of downtown as a testament to the power of tradition and the enduring magic of Christmas. Pittsburgh Creche Life-Sized Nativity Scene is 64 feet wide, 42 feet high, and 36 feet long. The human sculptures were designed by Pietro Simonelli.  Must be 21 years of age or older.
